Client Solutions Manager

In the role of Client Solutions Manager at IDEMIA, you will be instrumental in partnering with the sales division during the qualification of opportunities and in addressing tender requests. Your expertise will provide essential guidance and assistance to the sales team, fostering the ecosystem necessary for successful proposals.
Your responsibilities will include crafting and developing attractive, profitable solutions that resonate with client expectations and align with IDEMIA's strategic goals. This encompasses the management of cross-functional teams to produce high-quality submissions within established timelines and in line with the bidding process.
In this capacity, you will supervise the creation, detailing, scheduling, pricing, and validation of the comprehensive solution being proposed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team through client interactions and the creation of presentations
  • Work collaboratively with commercial teams to qualify leads and grasp customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and consultative sessions to co-develop solutions with clients
  • Evaluate customer needs and foresee necessary modifications to product strategies
  • Estimate costs and timelines for opportunities prior to proposal requests
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and customer evaluations
  • Prepare responses to expressions of interest, requests for information, and other tender inquiries
  • Lead bid and response teams, engaging with various internal departments and external collaborators
  • Design optimal solutions that fulfill client requirements while managing expenses
  • Draft proposal documents and synchronize contributions from stakeholders
  • Develop pricing models for sales and present proposals to evaluation panels
  • Conduct customer evaluations to showcase the effectiveness of proposed solutions

Required Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in presales, solution management, or bid management roles
  • Strong comprehension of client needs and market dynamics
  • Experience in system integration, architectural design, and financial assessment
  • Demonstrated success in bid management and proposal formulation
  • Capability to lead diverse teams and navigate intricate scenarios
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Familiarity with biometric, airport technology, or related fields is advantageous
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a benefit
