Client Solutions Manager

In the role of Client Solutions Manager at IDEMIA, you will be instrumental in partnering with the sales division during the qualification of opportunities and in addressing requests for proposals. Your expertise will provide essential guidance and assistance to the sales team, facilitating the development of the necessary ecosystem for successful submissions.
Your responsibilities will include crafting and presenting attractive, viable proposals that resonate with client expectations and align with IDEMIA's strategic goals. This entails leading cross-functional teams to produce high-caliber proposals within designated timelines and adhering to the established bidding process.
In this capacity, you will manage the creation, detailing, scheduling, pricing, and validation of the comprehensive solutions being proposed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team through client interactions and the development of presentations
  • Work closely with commercial teams to qualify leads and grasp customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and consultative sessions to collaboratively design solutions with clients
  • Evaluate customer needs and foresee necessary modifications to product strategies
  • Estimate costs and timelines for opportunities prior to formal proposal requests
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and client testing
  • Prepare responses to expressions of interest, requests for information, and other tender documents
  • Lead bid and response teams, collaborating with various internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Design optimal solutions that satisfy client needs while managing expenses
  • Draft proposal documents and consolidate input from relevant parties
  • Develop pricing models for sales and present proposals to decision-making committees
  • Conduct client tests to showcase the effectiveness of proposed solutions

Experience Required

  • At least 8 years of experience in presales, solution management, or bid management
  • Strong comprehension of client needs and market dynamics
  • Experience in system integration, architectural design, and financial evaluation
  • Demonstrated success in bid management and proposal creation
  • Capability to lead diverse teams and manage complex scenarios
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with biometric technology, airport systems, or related fields is advantageous
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
