Reporting to the Head of Business Development, your main objective is to effectively grow BeNomad’s business in France and abroad by developing new accounts as well as retaining existing ones.What you will get to do…As Business Developer, you will play a key role within the International Sales Team, acting as the first point of contact for both existing and potential customers, identifying and responding to their needs, thus participating in the growth of the company’s revenues:Your responsibilities will include:Developing an in-depth knowledge of our solutions and BeNomad’s business ecosystem.Identifying, approaching and winning new accounts in both local and International markets and ensuring follow-up on commercial activities:Initial approach via phone or emailManaging calls, meetings and leads qualificationPresentation of our solutionsClosing dealsMeticulous monitoring and follow-up of relationships with existing and potential customers using CRMAssisting in developing sales proposals.Representing the company at International events.Generating ideas for new product developments and functionalities.Providing regular updates to the Management Team, presenting ideas for the evolution of our solutions, highlighting the market needs from existing and potential customers.What you will bring to the table…We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Business Developer, with the drive and passion to excel beyond objectives. You will ideally have:Higher education degree from a business or engineering school.Min 2-3 years relevant work experience in B2B business development, ideally with a Software Provider or in the Fleet Management sector.Proven ability to seek and open new customers.Capacity to evolve in a start-up environment: Autonomous, sense of initiative, problem-solver.Analytical, methodological with an ability to quickly adapt to new situations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Keen interest in IT and new technologies.Fluency in French & English, other languages would be a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.Package includes a basic salary according to experience + uncapped variable bonus + Luncheon Vouchers + 50% reduction on public transport + RTT + up to 60% remote working + offices 300 metres from the beach .Travel throughout France and internationally will be expected.#innovation #newmobility #internationalsales #teamwork #newbusinessdevelopmentInterested?
