Wheere develops a VHF-based indoor/outdoor geolocation technology capable of delivering one-meter accuracy through up to 50 meters of concrete, far beyond what BLE, Wi-Fi or UWB can achieve in industrial environments.We help major industrial groups deploy reliable and scalable tracking across complex sites. Wheere is expanding rapidly in Europe while preparing major milestones:2027 : ASIC module for large-scale integration,2030 : satellite constellation enabling global indoor/outdoor coverage without gateways.The Role :Wheere is recruiting an International Business Developer to open and develop the European market (Germany, Nordics, Spain, UK).You will start from scratch, build your own portfolio through outbound efforts, and own the relationship from first contact to closing and long-term management. Securing 30-minute discovery conversations is part of your approach — the ultimate objective is to convert opportunities into deployments and long-term revenue.The role is fully focused on Europe. The US will be handled by a dedicated team; interactions will be limited to coordination and knowledge sharing.Responsibilities :Conduct active outbound sales, with cold calling as a central method of engagement.Build your portfolio from zero and manage the entire sales cycle until closing, then retain the accounts you open.Identify and engage industrial decision-makers across key European markets.Use structured 30-minute discovery calls to qualify needs and prepare the sales process.Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs, targeting and outbound messaging.Work closely with technical teams to understand the technology and client scenarios.Represent Wheere at European trade shows, on-site visits and strategic events.Solutions You Will PromoteIndoor/outdoor tracking modules VHF gateways for wide-area industrial coverageTrackers for assets and personnelARR services: connectivity, monitoring, maintenanceFuture ASIC module (2027) for mass integration into IoT and consumer devicesProfile :Fluent English speaker.Experience in outbound-driven business development.Comfortable with cold calling and building a pipeline from scratch.Capable of managing long, technical sales cycles and closing complex deals.Autonomous, structured, resilient, and motivated by market creation.Proficient with CRM and modern prospecting tools.Why Join Us :Join a deep-tech company with a unique technological advantage.Open and develop key European markets with full ownership of the accounts you sign.Work directly with leadership and contribute to strategic expansion.Participate in a long-term technological shift (ASIC → satellite constellation).Engage with major European industrial groups and large-scale deployments.
