Sustainability Reporting Officer

INSEAD is looking for a Sustainability Reporting Officer to track and report INSEAD’s sustainability achievements. The Sustainability Reporting Officer will join the team at the Hoffmann Institute and will be responsible for drafting all reports and for completing all third party sustainability assessment surveys. This is a full time, temporary 1 year contract position to be based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
Your main responsibilities
- Take the lead in drafting INSEAD’s annual sustainability report
- Complete INSEAD’s annual EcoVadis Assessment
- Provide all relevant data for external requests: rankings/surveys etc.
- Finalize the development and maintain the new sustainability@INSEAD webpages
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to define and track sustainability goals to assess INSEAD’s sustainability performance.
- Help coordinate and support the development and implementation of INSEAD-wide sustainability projects across the school.
- Support the Hoffmann Institute team with writing, editing of content for digital publications, social media, newsletters as needed.
- Perform benchmarking of top tier business schools and monitor latest developments in higher education reporting trends to inform Hoffmann Institute and senior school management.
- Remain competent and current via self-directed professional reading, development courses/training as needed.
Requirements
- A university degree, advanced specializations or recent experience in the sustainability, environmental science an asset.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in executing and reporting on sustainability initiatives.
- Familiar with SDGs, the UNAI and UNPRIME academic reporting frameworks.
- Experience working with international sustainability reporting standards such as GRI is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled facilitator and networker who is able to perform productive relationships with all stakeholders across the school as well as external sustainability agencies.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment.
