MissionsRattaché directement aux associés, vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble du cycle transactionnel et jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement du cabinet.Vos principales responsabilités incluent :Origination et développement commercial auprès d’acteurs FIG : banques, assureurs, mutuelles, courtiers, sociétés de gestion, CGP, plateformes financières et fintechs liées aux services financiers.Pilotage et exécution de mandats M&A (sell-side, buy-side, LBO, build-up, levées de fonds) en France et à l’international.Supervision des analyses financières, valorisations, modélisations et documents transactionnels (teasers, IM, management presentations).Coordination des parties prenantes internes et externes : dirigeants, investisseurs, fonds, conseils juridiques et financiers.Encadrement et montée en compétences des équipes juniors (analystes, associates).Contribution active à la stratégie de développement et au positionnement du cabinet sur le segment FIG.Profil recherchéFormation supérieure en finance (Grande École de commerce ou d’ingénieurs, université reconnue).Expérience confirmée en M&A avec une spécialisation impérative en FIG (Financial Institutions Group).Niveau Vice President ou Managing Director, avec une capacité démontrée à originer et exécuter des transactions.Excellente connaissance des enjeux spécifiques aux services financiers (réglementation, modèles économiques, consolidation sectorielle).Forte autonomie, sens commercial développé et crédibilité naturelle auprès de dirigeants et investisseurs.Anglais courant indispensable (environnement international et opérations cross-border).RémunérationRémunération fixe comprise entre 120 K€ et 170 K€ selon le niveau et l’expérience.Variable attractif compris entre 50 % et 150 % du fixe, déplafonné, directement corrélé à l’activité et à la performance.Perspectives d’évolution et de participation à la création de valeur du cabinet.
