Je recherche pour mon client, réseau reconnu dans le secteur du travail temporaire, un(e) Account Manager & Business Analyst H/F. Le poste en CDI, basé à Paris (9ème arrondissement).


Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la structure et au sein d’une équipe jeune, dynamique et tournée vers l’amélioration continue, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Traiter les différentes phases des appels d’offres en lien avec les directeurs commerciaux et/ou en autonomie. Les AO pouvant être européens, un Anglais rédactionnel et commercial serait un atout supplémentaire.
  • Préparer les Business Review des clients grands comptes et animer les réunions de préparation (retours opérationnels des membres du réseau et des différents services (sécurité, commercial et HSE) ;
  • Accompagner et piloter le déploiement des contrats cadres nouveaux / et des clients grands comptes du réseau
  • Suivi des contrats et des demandes clients
  • Rédiger et négocier des avenants et contrat commerciaux,
  • Préparer, créer, analyser et automatiser les reportings et revues d’activités des différents clients
  • Être force de propositions et critique dans l’analyse des données


A l’issue de la période de formation, vous serez amené à effectuer des déplacements en clientèle accompagné du Directeur de la structure et des Directeurs Commerciaux du Réseau.


Votre profil :

Vous êtes diplômé d’un BAC+5 (type école de commerce) et justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie.

Aimant relever des challenges au quotidien, vous savez travailler en autonomie et être force de proposition auprès de vos interlocuteurs afin d'apporter une valeur ajoutée à vos projets (maitrise Pack office, éventuellement VBA, macro, IA…).
