Depuis 2014, nous avons développé un réseau business francophone international de plus de 25000 leaders, dont 4000 membres décideurs et dirigeants au sein du Club, et plus de 120 entreprises partenaires. Nous mettons à disposition de nos membres et entreprises partenaires une plateforme digitale et une équipe de Relationship Managers pour créer des opportunités business avec différentes offres (« Le Club » décideurs et dirigeants, un Fonds d’investissement et nos Services Talent Pool et Business Solutions)

De ton côté, tu as un fort « business acumen », un attrait pour l’international, une excellente connaissance tu tissus entrepreneurial Bruxellois. Nous te proposons d’animer un network de Top Executives, créer pour eux des opportunités de développement business et de représenter Frenchfounders dans les écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux locaux.

Tes Missions

Animation et Portfolio Management

Accompagner ton portefeuille : 150 membres de l’écosystème VC /Retail/Tech/Finance composé de CEOs, investisseurs, Top Executives afin de créer des opportunités business uniques d’échange et retours d’expérience, avec le support de la plateforme digitale d’échange Frenchfounders.

« Onboarder » tes nouveaux membres dans le Club en délivrant l’expérience « Premium » unique du Club Frenchfounders


2. Evénementiel et Business Networking

Organiser des événements (physiques ou digitaux) pour rassembler les membres du réseau. Identifier les thématiques autour de tendances business, sociétales, technologiques innovantes pour les entreprises de ton portefolio.


3. Business Developpement

Génération de leads : Identifier de potentiels nouveaux membres, entreprises basées sur ta connaissance des écosystèmes business de ton portfolio et des offres business solution de Frenchfounders.


4.Développement de Partenariats

Développer le portefeuille de clients Entreprises sur ta zone. Identifier des opportunités de partenariats Corporate ou avec les acteurs stratégiques du tissu économique local.


Ton background :


Expérience en Client Relationship Management, Account management ou Business Développement

Quatre à sept ans d’expérience couvrant le Benelux avec une excellente connaissance des network business bruxellois (must have)

Bonne connaissance des verticales Retail, Finance, ou SAAS

Expérience d’écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux ; VC, Startups, Incubateurs…

Forte « orientation client »

Esprit d’équipe, bienveillant et ouvert

Excellent relationnel avec un fort intérêt pour créer de nouvelles connexions

Bilingue Français- Flamand (Bonus)

Maitrise de l’anglais, Excellente culture business

La maitrise de Slack, Google Suite et Ms Office avec un + pour celle de SalesForce
