CDI/ IT Director Opérationnel France /Environnement international / Divertissement immersif/ Paris/ 90K/100K + variable / Contexte international – Anglais courant requis / Prise de poste en juinMon client, un acteur international du divertissement immersif haut de gamme, recrute un(e) IT Director France pour piloter l’ensemble du périmètre IT d’un site à très forte fréquentation, au cœur d’un environnement innovant et orienté expérience client.Ce poste stratégique combine responsabilités techniques opérationnelles et management d’équipe, dans une culture terrain et collaborative.Rattaché(e) directement à la Direction Générale France et en lien étroit avec les équipes IT internationales, vous êtes garant(e) de la disponibilité, de la performance et de la sécurité de l’ensemble des systèmes IT, aussi bien côté back-office que sur les applications cœur de métier.Vos missions :Pilotage global de l’IT France : infrastructure, applications, audiovisuel et support utilisateursGestion et évolution des infrastructures back-office (essentiellement Microsoft)Forte implication sur les applications métier, avec une dominante sur la billetterie, interfacée avec le CRM, le site web et les outils métiersCoordination et priorisation du portefeuille de projets IT en lien avec les enjeux businessManagement direct de 2 collaborateurs, et coordination de prestataires externesDéfinition des standards, procédures, budgets et indicateurs de performance ITGarantie de la disponibilité des systèmesGestion des incidents en urgenceGouvernance IT, conformité, cybersécurité et plans de reprise d’activitéCollaboration étroite avec les équipes IT globales pour assurer l’alignement des standardsProfil recherchéFormation supérieure en informatique (Bac+5 apprécié)Expérience IT globale significative (10/15 ans) avec au moins 5 ans en managementDouble compétence technique et managériale, avec une forte appétence pour l’opérationnelSolide expérience en infrastructures IT et applicationsCapacité à évoluer dans des environnements exigeants, dans l'urgence et sur le terrainAnglais courant impératifPourquoi les rejoindre ?Un poste clé et stratégique pour la filiale françaiseUn environnement international, innovant et en forte croissanceDes enjeux concrets, visibles, et à fort impact business
