Nous cherchons à mettre en place un spécialiste financier expérimenté pour soutenir notre client basé à Paris, France.


Ce poste à plusieurs missions y compris :

  • Mise en place du département et des procédures avec le développement du groupe.
  • L’élaboration et la mise en place d’outils de gestion et de suivi, de procédures ainsi que de vérification de leur bonne utilisation
  • Contrôler la conformité aux règles comptables légales et internes
  • Suivre au quotidien les flux de trésorerie, analyser les écarts en égard aux prévisions, mettre à jour les prévisionnels de trésorerie, superviser le processus d’encaissement (clients) et de décaissement (fournisseurs)
  • Piloter la performance des services : établir les tableaux de bord, suivre périodiquement les indicateurs, analyser les écarts mensuels, participer à la préparation et l’élaboration des budgets prévisionnels, suivre leurs évolutions
  • S'assurer que toutes les opérations respectent les budgets (main d’œuvre, inventaires, etc.)
  • Participer à la préparation des situations comptables et clôtures de comptes, à l’établissement des états financiers et de leur consolidation, aux déclarations fiscales
  • Superviser l’information financière et sa communication aux partenaires extérieurs
  • Management et coaching d’un comptable


Le profil que nous recherchons :

Education :

Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et Gestion (DESCG), de niveau bac+5 et/ou titre d’expert-comptable ; Master spécialisé dans le domaine de la finance ou de la comptabilité, contrôle audit (CCA) ou similaire (en France ou reconnu en France)


Expérience et profil

  • Expérience en matière de reporting, comptabilité, planification et analyse en France
  • Doit avoir une expérience pertinente dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie-restauration en France ou sous régime Français.
  • Vous êtes un/une spécialiste financier pratique qui travaille quotidiennement avec les fonctions opérationnelles, d'exploitation et de support
  • Vous avez une solide connaissance des systèmes, y compris Excel, et la capacité de créer vos propres processus si besoin
  • Vous avez une capacité à gérer les tâches très efficacement
  • Précis, vous avez le souci du détail mais êtes capable de relever la barre et d'avoir une vue d'ensemble
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement autonome et flexible avec un minimum de supervision
  • Capacité à tenir bon lorsque vous êtes mis au défi et à faire passer le message tout en respectant l'opinion des autres
  • Sens aigu des affaires et solides compétences interpersonnelles, sens de l'humour
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais.
