Product Marketing Expert

As the Product Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all product-related information within the organization. In this role, you will ensure product data is accurate, accessible, and well-communicated across departments. Acting as the central link between marketing, sales, distribution, product planning, and aftersales, you will manage and facilitate the flow of information to ensure key stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product offerings.
About the Company: The company is a leader in the electric mobility and light commercial vehicle (LCV) sector, focused on developing sustainable transportation solutions. Their product line includes a range of electric vehicles designed for efficient and eco-friendly commercial operations. By leveraging innovative technology and promoting electrification, the company is shaping the future of mobility while reducing environmental impact. Their mission is to deliver high-performance, reliable vehicles that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge Ownership: Be the central point of contact for product-related matters across all product lines, ensuring product data is accurate, well-organized, and easily accessible.
- Information Management: Develop, maintain, and improve a product technical database with key product specifications (e.g., vehicle weight, payload, range) for use across various departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with critical stakeholders, including engineering teams, to gather and communicate essential product information.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive materials (brochures, sales support documents) aligned with product marketing and sales strategies, ensuring their availability for internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Training: Ensure that relevant product training materials are available, and that stakeholders are appropriately trained on product specifics.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Insight: Conduct monthly pricing checks and regularly survey the market (web, press, etc.) to keep the organization informed on competitor products and pricing strategies, providing valuable insights for competitive positioning.
- Support Functions: Collaborate with Importer Product Managers and the Product Marketing Manager to support product development, pricing strategies, and technical information dissemination.
Hard Skills:
- 4/10 years of experience in a Product Marketing function, preferably in LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles).
- Strong understanding of mobility industry challenges, connected services, and future electrification trends.
- Technical proficiency in automotive technology and related software.
- Fluency in French and in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Highly operational and autonomous, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to deliver information swiftly and accurately.
- Quick learner, always looking for new challenges and growth opportunities.
- Able to work cross-functionally and navigate cross-cultural environments.
