**Role Objective**:Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in aligning our product development efforts with market demands, focusing on effectively communicating the value of Veesion's products to our target customers. This role serves as a crucial bridge between our product and marketing teams, ensuring our offerings not only meet market needs but are also compellingly presented across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Positioning and Messaging: Craft and refine the market positioning and messaging for Veesion's products, ensuring clear communication of their value and benefits to resonate with target customer segments.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the marketing strategy and execution of go-to-market plans for new features or market entries. This includes coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive and impactful product launches.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging product marketing materials, such as case studies, datasheets, FAQs, videos, and webinars, aligning with product positioning and messaging.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with essential marketing tools and product knowledge, ensuring they can effectively communicate product value, address customer queries, and close deals.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market and competitor research to guide product and marketing strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Optimizing Customer Journey: Collaborate closely with a Growth Engineer and other key stakeholders to optimize the customer journey across various touchpoints. Tailor messaging and content strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement, driving product adoption and customer loyalty.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, leveraging KPIs to inform strategy adjustments and drive continuous improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Market Insight: A solid understanding of the retail security industry, market trends, and customer dynamics.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Tools and Tech: Proficiency in key marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
