Poste : Rattaché au Directeur Global, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation RH à l'échelle mondiale en vous concentrant sur les 3 axes principaux suivants :
* Établir et harmoniser les données RH à l'échelle globale,
* Créer un cadre structuré pour garantir la précision des données RH,
* Promouvoir la sensibilisation aux données RH auprès des acteurs RH et stakeholders dans toutes les entités.
Vos principales responsabilités seront :
* Consolider les effectifs et les coûts du personnel à l'échelle globale, en utilisant les outils disponibles dans chaque entité,
* Animer la communauté des Contrôleurs HRIS, en assurant une coordination et une coopération efficaces,
* Produire des données précises en alignant la communauté RH sur des KPIs communs et en diffusant les connaissances auprès des parties prenantes au-delà des Départements RH et Finance,
* Diriger la transformation numérique des RH à l'échelle mondiale, en alimentant la réflexion stratégique et en co-construisant des initiatives innovantes,
* Identifier et sélectionner les initiatives des entités susceptibles d'être étendues à d'autres parties du Groupe,
* Participer à la sélection des ressources clés en collaboration avec les Responsables RH des différentes entités.
Profil : Titulaire d'un master II en ressources humaines minimum, vous justifiez d'au moins 12 ans d'expérience idéalement acquise en transformation RH et/ou HRIS au sein d'une entreprise internationale ou d'un cabinet de conseil.
Anglais courant indispensable.
On reconnaît votre forte capacité à fournir des recommandations stratégiques, à piloter les projets et à vérifier avec précision les données.
Votre sens du service client et votre grande adaptabilité seront des atouts pour réussir cette mission.
