From portable power stations to home energy storage solutions (ESS), we are powering a sustainable future.About the Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Manager based in Belgium to spearhead the rapid expansion of Anker SOLIX in the French-speaking regions (Wallonia and Brussels). As a key member of the local team, you will be responsible for developing new channels, managing distributor relationships, and executing our Go-to-Market strategy to establish a strong footprint in the local market.Responsibilities:Market Expansion: Lead the sales strategy and execution for Anker SOLIX products in French-speaking Belgium, driving rapid market penetration and brand visibility.Channel Development: Identify, prospect, and close new B2C and retail channels. Build strong partnerships with key retailers and distributors (experience with channels like Coolblue, Maxeda, etc., is highly valued).Distributor Management: Manage and optimize existing distributor relationships, handling negotiations, pricing, and inventory planning to ensure sales targets are met.Relationship Building: Quickly establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the local market.Local Strategy: Leverage deep understanding of the local market to adapt sales tactics.Qualifications:Location: FranceLanguage Skills: Fluent French is mandatory for local communication; proficient English is required for internal reporting and collaboration.Industry Experience: Proven sales experience in Energy Storage (ESS), Home Energy, or Consumer Electronics (CE). Candidates with deep resources in Benelux distribution channels are preferred.Functional Skills: Strong background in B2C channel expansion, distributor management, and commercial negotiation.Mindset: Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with high stress tolerance. We need a "hunter" who can work proactively in a fast-paced environment, not a passive account manager.Preferred Skills:Network: Existing relationships with key retailers such as Coolblue, Maxeda, MediaMarkt, etc.Technical Knowledge: Experience in PV (Photovoltaics) or ESS distribution.Policy Insight: Familiarity with Belgium (and Netherlands) energy policies, government subsidies, and the installation ecosystem.What We Are Not Looking For:Candidates who cannot communicate fluently in French.Candidates with only B2B technical sales backgrounds or those used to "passive sales" roles in large, slow-moving enterprises.
