Finance and GBS Project Manager H/F

Poste : Le Finance and GBS Project Manager joue un rôle stratégique dans la conception, le déploiement, la standardisation et l'optimisation des processus d'une organisation régionale GBS. Il intervient sur la documentation, la gestion des transitions et l'amélioration des opérations de l'organisation centrale en Europe, en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques et les meilleures pratiques.
Responsabilités principales :
* Amélioration des processus et transitions : Piloter les politiques, processus, technologies et performances ; concevoir et gérer la migration vers un SSC pour les processus transactionnels (P2P, O2C, R2R, Master Data),
* Support technologique : Identifier des opportunités d'automatisation et de standardisation ; définir l'architecture IT cible et analyser les risques,
* Gouvernance et conformité : Garantir un contrôle interne solide et la conformité aux réglementations (SOX, normes comptables) ; suivre les KPIs et travailler avec les Auditeurs,
* Gestion de projet : Superviser les budgets, échéances et méthodologies ; promouvoir l'adoption des nouveaux processus et technologies.
Fixe et variable selon profil.
Profil : * Diplôme de master en comptabilité ou finance requis, CPA minimum ou équivalent apprécié,
* Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité/finance, axée dans la conception et l'optimisation des processus,
* Au moins une expérience en amélioration des processus dans un contexte international, avec migration vers un centre de services partagés,
* Bonne connaissance des réglementations SOX et des cadres de contrôle interne,
* Expertise des ERP, notamment Microsoft Dynamics (modules finance) et outils de reporting financier,
* Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à influencer et fédérer à tous niveaux,
* Esprit analytique, proactif et orienté résultats.
