Avec le soutien de Y Combinator, nous sommes en pleine expansion et prêts à révolutionner l'industrie du retail.Description du Poste :En tant que Founder Associate, vous serez en charge du développement commercial et de l'acquisition de clients dans le secteur du retail. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition de la stratégie marketing et commerciale de Metreecs. Cette opportunité unique vous permettra de participer activement à la croissance rapide d'une startup en pleine expansion et d'acquérir une expérience précieuse dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.Responsabilités : Support commercial et exécution : Collaborer avec le CEO pour identifier et sécuriser de nouveaux clients dans le retail.Génération de leads et prospection : Mettre en place des stratégies de prospection via LinkedIn, email, événements et appels téléphoniques.Réunions clients et démonstrations : Participer à des appels clients, pitcher Metreecs et ajuster nos stratégies en fonction des retours.Support marketing : Créer et coordonner des initiatives marketing pour soutenir le développement commercial.Recherche de marché et stratégie : Analyser les tendances du marché et la concurrence pour affiner la stratégie go-to-market.Votre profil :Esprit entrepreneurial – Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement rapide et aimez prendre des initiatives.Excellentes compétences en communication – Vous savez transmettre clairement vos idées par email, présentations et lors de pitchs en directEsprit analytique – Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres, l’analyse des données commerciales et l’élaboration de stratégies basées sur ces informations.Passionné par les ventes – Une première expérience en développement commercial ou dans un domaine similaire est un plus.Bilingue en anglais et en français.Ce que nous offrons :Apprentissage incomparable – Une immersion totale dans une startup incubée par Y Combinator, offrant une expérience pratique unique et un apprentissage rapide.Rôle à fort impact – Vous jouerez un rôle clé, avec un impact direct sur la croissance de Metreecs et son succès à long terme.Rémunération attractive et bonus – Un package compétitif, comprenant un salaire attractif et des bonus basés sur la performance et les résultats.Opportunité de transition vers un poste à plein temps – Les stagiaires performants auront l’opportunité de rejoindre l’équipe à plein temps après le stage.Comment postuler ?Postuler directement sur l’offre d’emploi.
