In this role, you will work directly with our founders and Leadership team, supporting them in all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, fundraising, and business development. **What’s the scope?**:

- ** Data**: As a trusted business analyst, you’ll work closely with the founders to crunch metrics from various business areas such as product usage, sales processes, and cash flows, helping the company make data-driven decisions.
- ** People**: At Polar, our team members are our greatest asset. You’ll help us maintain a high-performing and caring culture by getting involved in various aspects of people operations.
- ** Strategic Projects**: Take charge of managing special strategic projects end-to-end, from fundraising to launching new initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential new markets to inform strategic decisions.
- Support fundraising efforts, including investor outreach, pitch deck creation, and financial modelling.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist the founders in business development activities, including partnership and channel development.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as needed.

**The job is made for you if...**:

- SQL is your second language. You’re comfortable writing complex, multi-source queries and navigating databases without documentation. Experience with financial modelling and analysis is a plus.
- You’re a creative problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities to find solutions. Your positive attitude and resourcefulness make you a go-to person for resolving issues.
- You aspire to be an entrepreneur, and this role is your fast track to an Entrepreneurship MBA.
- You understand that startups can be challenging and sometimes require tackling unglamorous tasks to move forward.
- You’re fluent in English (bonus points if you’ve lived in the US).
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a startup environment, preferably in a strategic or operational role.
- Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re passionate about technology and innovation.
