Technical Architect with Salesforce Revenue & Core cloud experienceJob DescriptionA technical solution architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of technical solutions, providing guidance on technology choices, system architecture, integration strategies, and ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and requirements.They bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency of the overall solution, making sure that the solution created follows the designed architectural landscape created.Responsibilities:• Define and maintain the architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards, and guidelines related to systems, business, or data architecture.• Translate business requirements into system qualities and repeatable design strategies and patterns, such as adaptability, scalability, availability, and security.• Lead and guide the technical team in the development of project architectures, ensuring consistency with the initial design.• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.• Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with initial design and adherence to architectural standards.• Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams.• Conduct code reviews and provide critical guidance in system design and troubleshooting.• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and new design approaches; provide guidance on their adoption within the organization.• Collaborate with project managers and otherstaff membersto develop budgets and timelines for solutions.• Assessthe businessimpact that certain technical choices may have on a client's businessprocesses.• Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects, providing guidance and support to ensure effective solution delivery.• Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.• Coordinate team efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.• Offer career guidance and support professional development for direct reports, helping them achieve career goals.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role with a strong background in software architecture and development, particularly in Revenue Cloud environments, and a nice-to-have understanding of Core technologies.• Experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions for Revenue Lifecycle Management, using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, RCA, Billing, etc.)• Experience working with Salesforce platform. and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version controlsystems(e.g., Git), and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.• Experience working in Agile development environments with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.• Experience with integrating various systems and technologies, including APIs, web services, and middleware solutions,with a focus on Data Cloud compatibility and a nice-to-have understanding of Core integration.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What we offer• Dedicated period of Training & Mentorship• Dedicated career management system, and accessto promotion, raise or bonus• Bi annual evaluation (Appraisals)• Sponsored technical certifications upon requests• Private Medical/Health Insurance, through Henner• Travel Insurance and travel/accommodations expense re-imbursement (Or a daily allowance)• Perk Box Platform benefitsincluding: Gym,shopping discounts, cinema access, etc.• Accessto permanent internal training and workshops• Premium accountsto e-Learning platformslike: Team Treehouse, Udemy, Pluralsight, Guru etc.• Flexible working schedule• A stable and dynamic working environment where you can develop• The possibility to come up with ideas, be listened and see them implemented• Partial Remote working opportunities• Re-imbursement of the monthly internet bill• Fix annual budget for office acquisition of office supplies(chair, office, etc)• Periodical teambuildingOSF Digital is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where you can bring your whole self to work.
