Poste : Chef de Projet Omnichannel Freelance Démarrage : Janvier, contrat 12 mois renouvelablesLieu : Paris – 4 jours sur site par semaine Disponibilité : immédiate / dès janvierDescription de la mission : Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Omnichannel pour accompagner un client du secteur du luxe dans la gestion et la coordination de projets stratégiques digitaux. Vous serez le lien entre les équipes métiers et IT afin de garantir que les solutions mises en place répondent aux besoins business.Mission: Coordonner et piloter des initiatives clés telles que pre-order, SOM (Order Management System) et la gestion des retours, en veillant à leur déploiement efficace et à l’optimisation des processus.Assurer la traduction des besoins métiers en spécifications techniques et suivre l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets IT : conception, tests et mise en production.Garantir la cohérence et la collaboration entre différentes applications et équipes impliquées.Profil recherché :Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets IT, idéalement dans le commerce en ligne, le retail ou la supply chain.Expérience avérée dans la coordination d’équipes mixtes techniques et fonctionnelles.Bonne maîtrise des méthodes Agile.Une connaissance des solutions Sales Cloud ou SOM est appréciée mais non obligatoire.
