Product Manager Omnichannel
pour accompagner un grand nom du luxe sur ses applications retail et clienteling.

Votre mission

En tant que
Product Manager
, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale omnicanale, en contribuant à renforcer l'expérience client en boutique et en ligne.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Piloter le
    cycle produit complet
    : de la
    discovery
    à la
    delivery
    , jusqu'à l'
    adoption
    et l'
    amélioration continue
    .
  • Définir la vision produit et prioriser la roadmap en lien avec les enjeux business.
  • Construire et maintenir le backlog (user stories, features, epics).
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métiers (retail, CRM, data) et les équipes techniques (dev, intégration Salesforce).
  • Assurer la
    qualité des livrables
    et le respect des jalons (release management).
  • Identifier et analyser les use cases clienteling pour améliorer l'expérience des vendeurs en boutique.
  • Suivre les KPIs d'usage, de performance et de satisfaction client.

Profil recherché

  • 3+ ans d'expérience
    en Product Management sur des produits
    retail / clienteling / CRM
    ou des
    apps vendeurs en boutique
    .
  • Solide compréhension des
    use cases clienteling
    .
  • Expérience avec
    Salesforce
    (CRM, intégrations retail) et
    applications mobiles point de vente
    .
  • Une connaissance de solutions type
    PIM, OMS
    ou apps spécialisées dans le clienteling est un vrai atout.
  • Forte appétence pour la
    data
    et la
    mesure de la performance
    .
  • Excellente communication, capacité à embarquer les parties prenantes et à travailler dans des environnements internationaux.
  • Une expérience dans le
    luxe / retail
    est un gros plus.
