Mission: To provide dedicated support in the development, evaluation, and daily operational management of the dealer network, ensuring data-driven insights and the effective implementation of brand standards and programs.Key Responsibilities:Market & Data Analysis: Support strategy by collecting and analyzing data on competitor activities, local market trends, and dealer sales performance.Dealer Support & Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of dealer business plans, sales processes, and organizational structures. Help monitor dealer operational performance against targets.Standards Compliance: Support the Manager in auditing and ensuring dealer compliance with Corporate Identity and operational guidelines.Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, incentive program tracking, and network health metrics. Maintain accurate dealer records and documentation.Program Implementation: Assist in the rollout and communication of dealer incentive policies, training programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives.Relationship Support: Act as a supportive point of contact for dealers on operational queries, facilitating communication between the dealer and the head office.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-8 years of experience in an automotive commercial role, dealership, or related field. Experience in data analysis is a strong plus.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple support tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in French is mandatory. Working proficiency in English is beneficial.
