Integration Project Manager

Job Description:
- Responsible for the quality implementation of Integration (API/ ESB / ETL/GDSP) Programs/Projects on time, on scope and on budget according to agreed project standards as well as industry best practice.
- Train, coach, help integration project managers to deliver projects on time, on scope and on budget
- Single point of contact for Integration topics and for Integration Project Managers
- Define, structure, plan, manage and report on assigned IT integration projects/programs
- Responsible for liaison with the project steering board in relation to project delivery matters.
- Responsible for ensuring that all project resources are focused on delivery.
- Help to build Integration delivery methodology
- Help to build Integration reporting structure
Must-Have:
Quality Implementation: Ensure integration programs/projects (API/ESB/ETL/GDSP) are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget according to agreed standards and best practices.
Training and Coaching: Train and coach integration project managers to deliver projects efficiently.
Single Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all integration topics and project managers.
Project Management: Define, plan, manage, and report on assigned IT integration projects/programs.
Resource Management: Ensure all project resources are focused on delivering quality outcomes.
Methodology and Reporting: Develop integration delivery methodology and reporting structures.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including project/program managers, business partners, and IT teams.
Risk and Issue Management: Manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure project delivery.
Vendor Management: Validate and manage vendor performance according to contractual agreements.
Performance Measurement: Ensure measurement of project benefits and compliance with audit requirements, providing constructive feedback to peers.
