Nous accompagnons nos clients tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs projets, de la recherche préclinique jusqu’à la mise sur le marché, en garantissant qualité, conformité et performance opérationnelle.À propos du rôleDans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Clinical Scientist confirmé(e) (niveau 2 ou 3) pour intervenir sur des projets stratégiques en essais cliniques, notamment dans le domaine des maladies rares.ResponsabilitésSoutien opérationnel et scientifique à la gestion et au suivi d’études cliniques, en particulier sur des études de phases avancéesParticipation à la conception, la mise en œuvre et à l’analyse des protocoles cliniques, tout en veillant à la conformité réglementaire et scientifique du projetCollaboration étroite avec les équipes projet (médecins, data management, pharmacovigilance, biostatistiques…) et les partenaires extérieurs (CRO, investigateurs, comités scientifiques)Contribution à la revue et la validation des documents cliniques : protocoles, brochures, rapports, CRF, consentements, etc.Analyse, synthèse et communication des données cliniques auprès des parties prenantesParticipation à la gestion des problématiques scientifiques rencontrées au cours des essaisContribution à la rédaction de publications scientifiques et à la préparation d’interactions avec les autorités de santéVeille scientifique et réglementaire dans le domaine thérapeutique concerné QualificationsFormation initiale scientifique supérieure Bac+5 minimum (doctorat/PhD, diplôme de pharmacien ou médecin, master ou école d’ingénieur dans le domaine biomédical ou sciences de la vie)Expérience confirmée en développement clinique, idéalement sur des études de Phase 3 Compétences requisesSolides connaissances scientifiques et compréhension de la méthodologie des essais cliniquesCapacité à s’intégrer rapidement à un projet en cours et à travailler en autonomieExcellentes aptitudes de communication (rédaction scientifique et présentation orale)Anglais professionnel courant, indispensable pour évoluer dans un environnement internationalRigueur, capacité d’analyse, force de proposition et esprit d’équipe Compétences préféréesExpérience dans le domaine des maladies raresConnaissance des études de Phase 3Vous souhaitez rejoindre un groupe en pleine croissance et relever des défis techniques au sein d’équipes expertes et passionnées ?
