We are looking for a Category Manager to join the Bolton Food sales team, based in Courbevoie.
As a true expert on their category, brands and shoppers, Category Managers are responsible for identifying and prioritizing category growth levers, and recommending a 4P activation plan for their brands. He/she ensures the proper deployment of category action plans, then measures their effectiveness.
You will be responsible for :
▪ Identify and implement levers to develop profitable growth with national banners.
▪ Develop partnership relations with national central contacts and contribute to the development of our image as a category expert.
▪ Analyze the store layout and adapt the national merchandising strategy to the stores.
▪ Analyze and recommend an annual promotional plan for its customers.
Your team :
Reporting to the Brand Manager - Florent DEJONGH - you will also work closely with the Key Account Manager and the whole sales team.
Your profile:
Academic profile: BAC +5 business degree
Professional experience: You have a first successful experience as a Category Manager. Experience in the field is a real plus.
Skills required: commercial flair, good interpersonal skills, active listening skills, analytical skills, Nielsen panel, organizational skills and autonomy, good teamwork skills, operational English.

Nous recherchons un.e Category Manager qui rejoindra l’équipe commerciale de Bolton Food, basée à Courbevoie.
Véritable expert de sa catégorie, de ses marques et du shopper vis-à-vis de ses clients distributeurs, le category manager a pour rôle d'identifier, de prioriser des leviers de croissance catégoriels et de recommander en conséquence un plan d'activation sur les 4P pour ses enseignes. Il s'assure du bon déploiement des plans d'actions catégoriels puis en mesure l'efficacité.
Vous avez pour mission de :
▪ Identifier et mettre en œuvre les leviers pour développer une croissance rentable avec les enseignes nationales.
▪ Développer des relations partenariats avec les interlocuteurs des centrales nationales et contribuer au développement de notre image d’expert de la catégorie.
▪ Analyser le plan des enseignes et adapter la stratégie merchandising nationale aux enseignes.
▪ Analyser et recommander un plan promotionnel annuel pour ses clients.
Votre équipe :
Rattaché.e au Directeur d’Enseigne – Florent DEJONGH – vous travaillerez également en étroite collaboration avec le Key Account Manager et l’ensemble de l’équipe commerciale.
Votre profil :
Profil académique : Issu.e d’une formation commerciale BAC +5
Expérience professionnelle : Vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en tant que Category Manager. Une expérience terrain est un vrai plus.
Compétences recherchées : fibre commerciale, aisance relationnelle, écoute active, capacité d’analyse, panel Nielsen, capacité d’organisation et d’autonomie, bon sens du travail en équipe, anglais opérationnel.
