Responsibilities of the AI support specialist role:

  • Assist in the development and fine-tuning of LLMs, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to user inquiries across multiple facets including response optimization and tool safety.
  • Stay informed about Client products and community standards to provide accurate information and support.
  • Make well-balanced decisions and demonstrate a personal drive to advocate effectively for our community.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
  • Show a strong bias towards doing what is right for the community in alignment with the Client’s mission.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify and scope scalable solutions to enhance user support.
  • Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or higher education
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment.
  • High affinity and cultural awareness of the political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported by each support specialist, ensuring awareness of cultural/regional differences for nuanced policy decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and user satisfaction.
  • Ability to make well-balanced decisions quickly.


Language Proficiency:

  • French as a native language.
  • Minimum B2/C1 Level in English language.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Domain expertise in fields such as Sports, Banking, Retail, Media, Pharma, and Medical.
  • Understanding of Generative AI nuances such as copyright, voice cloning, phishing scams, deepfakes, disinformation, and bias, and adherence to related legislation
