Timeleft is more than an app; it's a revolution against big-city loneliness. Launched on May 1, 2023, our unique concept of dinners with strangers in major cities has quickly become a weekly highlight, offering genuine human connections.
Every Wednesday, we host over +10,000 strangers in 700 restaurants across 150 cities in 50 countries. As we expand our reach, we're inviting dynamic individuals to join us on this journey.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?
We're beginning an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for our very first Head of Product to lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to shape a product that will change the way people connect.
We're not just creating another app; we're building an innovative technology solution that redefines the way people experience connecting in restaurant. Are you ready to make a major impact on our society and combat big-city loneliness?
For now, the vision of our "product" is broken down into 4 stages, which follow the customer's journey, from booking their place to the end of the experience.
Before dinner:
- Design an app that not only features an effective and captivating UX/UI, but also serves as the first step in the dinner experience. This app will be the stage where attendees begin to engage, reveal a little of themselves and open the ball. It's designed to build their excitement as dinner approaches, helping them understand that they'll be playing a crucial role in the puzzle.
During dinner:
- Develop a game where technology serves as a cornerstone of the dinner experience, not an obstacle. Think of it as the ultimate icebreaker, a unique feature destined to become Timeleft's signature. By designing gamification strategies that foster deep engagement and vulnerability, our gameplay encourages authentic connections between participants.
- This innovative approach not only enhances social dynamics at the table, but also ensures that every dinner is memorable, filled with the "wow" factor we aim to provide, maximizing the chances of an incredible outcome for any group composition.
At the end of the dinner:
- Develop an innovative feedback loop system designed to add value to each participant's experience. This system will not only encourage guests to reflect on their dinner interaction, but will also serve as a crucial tool for Timeleft's long-term vision.
- Feedback is the essential ingredient that helps us refine our approach and foster lasting relationships between attendees, ultimately contributing to our mission of lifting people out of loneliness and enabling them to make meaningful social connections.
After dinner:
- We're much more than dinners with strangers, we're a veritable factory of lasting relationships. To achieve this, we need to imagine Timeleft's community dimension, enabling these thousands of positive encounters every week to have an eco-system that encourages them to see each other again.
TEAM & REQUIREMENTS
Collaborative Team Dynamics:
- As Head of Product, you'll be reporting directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring that product strategies are perfectly aligned with our company's overall objectives.
- You will be in charge of creating the product team, made up of 2 product managers and 2 product designers, divided into 2: innovation/acquisition team & innovation team.
- You will also collaborate closely with our CTO and technical team to ensure technological coherence and lead the recruitment of freelance talent to support our ambitious projects, enhancing both the technological and design aspects of our platform.
Agile Leadership & Team Collaboration:
- Direct agile project management processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, ensuring timely delivery of product features.
- Maintain a well-defined backlog that aligns with overall product strategy.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to guide product decisions.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong portfolio in mobile app development and user experience design.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate across teams, translating complex ideas into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing products that bridge technology and social interaction.
- Experience in game design or interactive experiences is highly valued.
- Proficiency in using project management and design tools like Figma, Slack, and Notion.
- An easygoing personality who enjoys meeting new people and knows all the good places in town, reflecting a dynamic and energetic lifestyle.
