Representing an established Fintech client based in Paris, I am looking for a Head of Data to define the new data strategy and vision to fully utilise the existing data assets whilst also ensuring security and compliance.
- Role: Head of Data & AI
- Location: Paris
- Hybrid Working
- Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive data vision and strategy to achieve strategic objectives
- Define, develop and implement data governance policies and strategy - aligning with business goals and establishing standards for data storage, security and privacy
- Lead and mentor a team of data science, data engineering and analytics engineers
- Oversee the design and implementation of data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable data infrastructure
Profile:
- 10+ years of professional experience with previous positions in a similar Data Manager/Director role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale business transformation projects using data and AI.
- Strong communication skills in technical and business aspects.
- Collaborate effectively with all parties.
- Strong knowledge of data management technologies and best practices
- Strong technical knowledge of data tools and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
