Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the sales to create, refine, proof-read and graphically review proposals, presentations and other messaging materials as needed.
  • Maintain bid documentation, stages, integrity of information.
  • Set up good customer relation within the assigned areas and continuously map and understand customers’ needs and feedback.
  • Help suppliers to register in purchasing centers, and assist in organizing and submitting payment requests on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as directed.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor degree and above, good command at both spoken and written English.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in sales support function or related, startup experience will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft system (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
  • Carefully and conscientiously, high responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good discipline, strong team cooperation and innovation skills.
