**Job Description for Sales Support Specialist at Chronos Consulting**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Chronos Consulting. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our sales team and customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support to the sales team in sales situations where technical expertise is required.
- Transfer knowledge to customers and partners through product demos, hands-on training, and other means.
- Work closely with service providers on deployments and implementations.
- Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities, selling solutions on their technical merits, and responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs).
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our cloud storage solutions and their applications.
**Requirements:**
- Experience with Unix operating systems such as Linux, Solaris, etc.
- Strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
