Qualis, expert en recrutement, recherche pour son client compagnie maritime, un(e) Customer Service Manager (H/F) pour un poste en CDI basé à Marseille.
Au poste de Customer Service Manager (H/F), vous serez en charge des départements import, export et booking et assurerez la gestion des dossiers import et export ainsi que la bonne exécution des tâches dans les différents services.
En tant que Customer Service Manager (H/F), vos missions principales seront:
* Assurer la bonne organisation de l'équipe pour la bonne exécution des tâches et le respect des instructions et des procédures fournies par la direction.
* Animer l'équipe et assurer son développement en compétence.
* Coordonner les activités booking, d'importations et d'exportations en coordination avec les autres services.
* Assurer la relation client sur les demandes particulières et les réclamations.
* Effectuer un suivi rigoureux de la marchandise jusqu'au départ des navires.
* Faire le suivi des différents BSA et KPI des Bookings, de la Documentation Export et Documentation Import, DEM/DET, OA, Freight checking dans un but d'amélioration.
* Suivre les marchandises sensibles (dangereux, réfrigérés, hors dimension).
* Assurer l'ouverture de comptes de nouveaux clients.
* Valider la facturation des fournisseurs dans le respect des process internes.
Profil : Profil
Vous disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans sur un poste similaire, de préférence en agence maritime.
Vous maîtrisez les incoterms, le pack office, les logiciels CI5 et Afsys.
Vous parlez l'anglais couramment.
Vous savez gérer et motiver les équipes.
Vous êtes porté objectifs et résultats.
Vous êtes à l'écoute et avez la culture d'esprit d'équipe.
De nature rigoureuse, vous êtes motivé par les défis.
