Paris | Hybrid, three days on site | PermanentCoders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit a Product Owner for their AI Workflows Accelerator in Paris.This is a chance to play a leading role in shaping a global AI product that transforms how employees access support across the organisation.As Product Owner for Agentic Connect, you will own the vision, roadmap and delivery of an AI powered virtual assistant that helps employees solve everyday requests quickly and efficiently. The product supports both IT and People and Culture needs such as laptop issues, device requests, payroll queries or promotions. Employees can reach out through chat or voice, and the assistant decides whether to answer instantly, perform an automated action or route the request to a human when needed.Your mission will be to scale this product globally, reduce internal ticket volumes, improve response times and create measurable impact on employee experience and operational efficiency. You will act as the CEO of the product, shaping its strategy and collaborating closely with cross functional teams across Paris and Toronto.Key responsibilitiesDefine and lead the product vision and roadmap for Agentic ConnectTranslate business goals into actionable priorities and backlog itemsCollaborate closely with engineering, data, design and agile teams to ensure deliveryPartner with stakeholders across Tech, HR, Operations and Commercial functionsMeasure adoption, satisfaction and ticket reduction metrics to show impactCommunicate progress and outcomes to senior leadershipWhat we are looking forExperienced Product Owner with a proven record of delivering digital products end to endStrong understanding of product fundamentals including discovery, roadmap ownership and value creationFamiliarity with AI, data and cloud conceptsAnalytical and user focused, able to make confident decisions in fast moving environmentsExcellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsSelf driven and confident in taking ownership of a live and evolving productNice to have experience with AI or automation tools, workflow or internal service platforms, or digital transformation projects.Why joinWork on a high visibility AI product already moving into MVP stageShape a product with genuine business impact across a global organisationCollaborate with talented and diverse teams in Paris and TorontoBe part of an agile, empowering environment with real autonomyHybrid setup with three days on site in Paris and two remote
