You will work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments.At Hanshow you will: Within the technical department and reporting to the Technical and Service Director Europe, you offer key customers technical and functional support throughout the development process and oversee project delivery. You identify and translate customer requirements and opportunities into effective hardware solutions.As part of your function, your missions are:Diagnose and Repair Hardware Issues: Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues in various equipment, including electronic shelf label, and access point.Parts Replacement and Testing: Replace defective or damaged parts and test hardware functionality to ensure reliable operation.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of parts and tools.Client Support: Provide technical support to clients or internal teams, addressing hardware issues promptly and professionally. Regular on-site inspection is mandatory.Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with R&D and other engineering teams to identify recurring hardware issues and contribute to product improvement.Inventory Management: Track and manage hardware inventory and repair tools, ensuring availability for repair and maintenance tasks.Compliance and Safety Standards: Adhere to company safety and regulatory guidelines during repairs and ensure compliance with industry standards.Regular on-site inspection: Conduct regular on-site inspections for clients, prepare summary reports, and perform analysis.Who are we looking for: Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, telecommunications, mechanical engineering or related technical field.Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in project and technical support.Excellent command of both English, Mandarin and Dutch is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with the capacity to respond rapidly and effectively address urgent problems.Ability to work efficiently on several projects in parallel.Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to handle pressure effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in resolving issues for assigned clients.Driving license is a PLUSWhat we offer:Competitive salary in the relevant industry;Promising and sustainable self-development and prospects;Wide technical and modern environment with interesting challenges;Professional environment with an open communication culture;Free Friday afternoon tea;Flexible working arrangement with work from home option.About Hanshow: Founded in 2012, Hanshow is a leading provider of ESL and smart store solutions serving traditional retail, new retail, pharmacies, department stores, fashion, health care, and the entertainment industries, etc. We provide ESL and smart store solutions in 12,000+ stores in 50+ countries.
