Senior Key Account & Business Development Manager – France, UK & Middle East (M/F)Location: France, Creil, Hauts-de-France, France – international mobility required (UK & Middle East)Contract: Permanent (CDI)Reporting line: Regional Sales Director – NOF Metal Coatings EuropeScope: France, United Kingdom & Middle EastTravel: Frequent international travelAbout NOF Metal Coatings EuropeNOF Metal Coatings Europe is a global leader in metal coating and surface treatment technologies, specializing in corrosion protection solutions for automotive, fasteners, industrial, railway, renewable energy and construction sectors.Based in France with international operations, NOF supports OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and industrial customers worldwide through its GEOMET® and licensed technologies.Position OverviewThe Senior Key Account & Business Development Manager plays a strategic role in driving business growth and managing key accounts across France, the UK and the Middle East.Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the role combines business development, key account management, people management, technical project leadership and market intelligence, in close collaboration with sales, marketing, R&D, laboratories, production and global NOF teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute regional business development strategies aligned with NOF objectives.Develop new business and manage strategic OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and industrial customers.Lead key account roadmaps and ensure sustainable revenue growth.Manage, coordinate and develop local or regional sales resources, including representatives and partners (e.g. MEMC).Provide leadership, coaching and performance follow-up to assigned sales resources, ensuring alignment with NOF commercial strategy.Coordinate technical projects, homologations and new product introductions.Represent the Voice of the Customer in product strategy and market intelligence.Support and develop the GEOMET® licensee network.Monitor sales performance, CRM data and competitive intelligence.Contribute to NOF visibility through industry events, exhibitions and communication initiatives.Profile & QualificationsMaster’s degree (Engineering or Business with strong technical background).Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B industrial sales, including international key account management.Demonstrated experience in team management or coordination within an international or matrix organization.Strong exposure to automotive, fasteners, metal parts or surface treatment industries.Proven ability to manage complex technical solutions and multidisciplinary stakeholders.Highly autonomous, structured, results-oriented and customer-focused.Languages & MobilityFluent English required.Additional languages are a strong asset.High willingness to travel internationally.
