  • ADVISE : Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la transformation de leur fonction RH, à travers une redéfinition de leur organisation RH et de leur digitalisation SIRH
  • IMPLEMENT : Partenaire des principaux éditeurs du marché, nous réalisons des projets de mise en œuvre technique et fonctionnelle de toutes les solutions SIRH (SaaS ou On-Premise)

VOS MISSIONS


Vous nous rejoignez en tant que Consultant(e) Workday HCM afin de participer à toutes les phases de la mise en œuvre de la solution SIRH auprès de nos clients (Conception, Paramétrage, Recettes, Déploiement, Support) :


Projet de mise en œuvre de la solution :


  • Participer aux projets d’implémentations en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe projet (ateliers de paramétrage, de recette, d’assistance au démarrage, formation des administrateurs et des utilisateurs)
  • Participer à la traduction du besoin du client en livrables, à la rédaction de documentations et aux présentations (conception, documentation des applications, scripts de tests, supports de formation)
  • Paramétrer les modules RH du domaine d’expertise (Core HR, Talent) suivant les spécifications préétablies et permettant la mise en place d’une solution fonctionnelle adaptée aux besoins du client
  • Mener des campagnes de tests d’acceptation et de tests de non-régression afin d’évaluer l’impact des configurations sur les processus systèmes globaux


Accompagnement à la maintenance de la solution :


  • Tierce Maintenance Applicative, assistance au pilotage de la maintenance de la solution auprès des utilisateurs finaux, fiabilisation des données du système SIRH afin d’en assurer la qualité continue
  • Réaliser des veilles techniques et fonctionnelles (contacts avec l’éditeur et suivi des évolutions légales de l’environnement métier), conseiller et former les utilisateurs sur la solution finale
  • Répondre aux tickets de maintenance corrective, préventive et évolutive de la solution (corrections d’anomalies, support utilisateur, développements d’évolutions, livraison des correctifs et nouvelles versions)
  • Identifier de manière proactive les sources potentielles d'amélioration de la solution (anomalies récurrentes, lacunes des systèmes/données ou des processus)


En fonction de votre degré de séniorité, vous pouvez être amené(e) à intervenir sur des actions de Management et de Formation :

  • Participer au projet d’aide au choix d’une solution
  • Assurer la formation et le support de la solution finale auprès des utilisateurs
  • Superviser les équipes métier et former les consultants juniors


VOS ATOUTS


  • Vous avez plus d'un an d'expérience dans le conseil SIRH et avez déjà particpé à des projets de déploiement de la solution (sur HCM/TALENT/RECRUITING), de préference sur Workday.
  • Vous parlez anglais couramment et vous êtes intervenu(e) sur des projets internationaux
  • Vous saurez allier dynamisme, rigueur, capacité d’écoute et d’analyse, et esprit d’équipe pour travailler dans un environnement de projet innovant et motivant. Vous disposez également d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation et d’une aisance orale.
  • Vous êtes mobile dans le cadre de vos missions
