The Workday Education team is dedicated to crafting and delivering innovative training solutions that empower users to maximize their understanding of Workday's integrated offerings.
In this role, you will conduct training sessions in advanced learning environments designed to foster interaction and collaboration among participants. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between technology and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in Workday products and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the student experience.
- Utilize diverse instructional tools and technologies to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Anticipate future training needs and plan accordingly to ensure a seamless learning journey for students.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale ERP implementations or training.
- Approximately 3 years of experience with enterprise HCM applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP.
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
- Previous experience in functional consulting within a consulting or software organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Financials, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and manage course content is preferred.
You will effectively integrate various classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic materials, remote conferencing tools, interactive displays, and audio/visual equipment. Experience in training within a comprehensive ERP system is a plus.
