Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) CRM Product Manager pour rejoindre l’un de nos clients, un acteur international du secteur du diagnostic biomédical.Basé en Île-de-France, ce groupe développe des solutions technologiques à fort impact dans le domaine de la santé.Votre mission :Piloter et coordonner les projets IT liés aux outils CRM, en support des équipes Sales, Services et Marketing, avec pour objectif d’optimiser l’expérience client digitale à l’échelle internationale.En tant que référent(e) CRM du périmètre, vos responsabilités seront :Piloter les projets CRM de bout en bout (cadrage, planification, déploiement).Définir les objectifs, livrables, ressources et délais.Coordonner les équipes Marketing Digital, Sales, Services et IT.Garantir la bonne allocation des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles.Mettre en place le suivi des indicateurs de performance et assurer le reporting.Identifier et anticiper les risques projets.Veiller au respect des normes, de la qualité et de la sécurité des données.Proposer des solutions innovantes et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.Être force de proposition sur les évolutions des outils et des processus.Ce poste est fait pour vous si :Vous êtes diplômé(e) en informatique, gestion de projet ou équivalent.Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT.Vous avez déjà travaillé sur Microsoft Dynamics (Power Platform apprécié).Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum…).Vous êtes autonome, structuré(e) et orienté(e) résultats.Vous disposez de très bonnes capacités de communication.Vous êtes sensible aux enjeux de sécurité des données et de conformité.Informations complémentaires :Type de contrat : CDI – Statut cadreRémunération : 65K€ à 75K€ + avantagesTélétravail : HybrideLocalisation : Île-de-France
