Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for our key European accounts.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met with our tailored wind power solutions.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to facilitate customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Ming Yang Wind Power Europe's market presence.
  • Manage complex sales negotiations and closures, navigating lengthy sales cycles with finesse.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English is essential for this role. Knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the renewable energy sector.
  • A demonstrable history of successfully managing and expanding major accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe as part of the role.
  • familiarity with wind power technology and the renewable energy landscape is beneficial.
