Poste : In this position, you will :
* Manage several projects at the same time, including accounting and financial management.
* Take the responsibility for the contractual and administrative aspects.
* Maintain contact with a Team Leader based in the country of the project and report to the Director of the "Eastern Europe" zone. You will benefit from the methodological support of the PMO (Project Management Office) and experienced project managers.
* Coordinate and manage contracts with your partners (local or international consultancies) to ensure that projects are successfully completed.
* Contribute your expertise to certain projects, depending on your speciality.
* Represent the company to our clients in the country concerned.
You will report to the Project Director, Country Manager and Regional Director.
Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous devrez : * Gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, y compris la gestion comptable et financière. * Prendre la responsabilité des aspects contractuels et administratifs. * Vous serez en contact avec un chef d'équipe basé dans le pays du projet et rendrez compte au directeur de la zone "Europe de l'Est". Vous bénéficierez du soutien méthodologique du PMO (Project Management Office) et de chefs de projet expérimentés. * Coordonner et gérer les contrats avec vos partenaires (bureaux d'études locaux ou internationaux) pour mener à bien les projets. * Apporter votre expertise à certains projets, en fonction de votre spécialité. * Représenter la société auprès de nos clients dans le pays concerné. Vous rapportez au Directeur de projet, au Country Manager et au Directeur régional.
Profil : You have a Master's degree (engineering school or university Master's degree).
You have at least 5 years' experience in the management of projects financed by international donors.
You have technical skills in Suez Consulting's specialist areas (water, wastewater, railways ..).
You have good interpersonal skills.
You have a strong team spirit; but you are also able to be autonomous and organised. You are rigorous and responsive. You have good writing skills.
You have the ability to establish and maintain close contact with customers.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanese and English.

Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe, mais vous êtes également capable d'être autonome et organisé. Vous êtes rigoureux et réactif. Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles. Vous avez la capacité d'établir et de maintenir un contact étroit avec les clients. Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale en albanais et en anglais. Location : Tirana, Albania
As part of this position, you will join the "Eastern Europe" zone of the International Division (DI) of Suez Consulting. The DI has a turnover of EUR40M, achieved on projects in Europe, the Balkans, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific. Most of the projects are carried out in conjunction with international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, BAD, EU, EIB, etc.), for which our teams work on essential services engineering: water, waste, roads, railways, etc. in developing and emerging countries.
Pour accompagner notre croissance sur la zone Europe de l'Est, nous recherchons deux : Chefs de projet - H/F Lieu : Tirana, Albanie Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous rejoindrez la zone " Europe de l'Est " de la Division Internationale (DI) de Suez Consulting. La DI réalise un chiffre d'affaires de 40 millions d'euros sur des projets en Europe, dans les Balkans, en Afrique, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et dans le Pacifique. La plupart des projets sont menés en collaboration avec des bailleurs de fonds internationaux (AFD, BM, BAD, UE, BEI, etc.), pour lesquels nos équipes interviennent sur l'ingénierie des services essentiels : eau, déchets, routes, chemins de fer, etc. dans les pays en développement et émergents.
