You’ll be instrumental in closing key deals, expanding our client base among industrial mid-market companies, and shaping our commercial best practices.You’ll work closely with our founders and Sales Lead to execute our go-to-market strategy and help us scale from a fast-growing startup to a market leader.Let’s talk.The RoleAs we accelerate towards €1.5m ARR by the end of 2026, you will play a central part in fueling our revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a particular focus on mid-market industrial clients (10–50k€ ARR per deal). The main language is French, but English proficiency is a must-haveWhat you'll achieve⚡ Take ownership of the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing deals from qualified leads Close new business with mid-market clients (10–50k€ ARR) and contribute directly to our revenue targets Insure an accurate forecast by managing a pipeline of high-potential prospects Represent Tracklab with C-level and operational decision makers (Quality/Regulatory, Managing Directors, Finance, Tech) Collaborate with the founders and Sales Lead to continuously improve our sales process, playbooks, and KPIs Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product and Customer Success teamsWhat we are looking forExpectations:Able to hunt, qualify, and close new businessComfortable managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 2 to 6 months2–4 years of SaaS sales experience in fields related to process digitalizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage confidently with C-level executives in the industryEntrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and eager to have a direct impact on structuring the company’s processesProficiency in English (given international growth and English-speaking stakeholders)Strong pluses:Knowledge or strong interest in quality management, CSR, supply chain, or procurement rolesFamiliarity with sales tools (CRM, prospecting tools) and sales frameworks such as SPIN, GAP selling or MEDDPICC, as used by TracklabThe DetailsSalary, compensation, location, benefits, and holidaysCDI, Permanent french contract€45k fix + €45k OTE + BSPCEWe are office-first but flexible with remote work50% public transport reimbursementSwile (Meal voucher)A fully equipped office in Montmartre with an amazing view on the Sacré-Coeur (Paris, 75018)How to apply and process for this role Write to jobs@tracklab.co 15-minute screening interview with our Hiring Manager Business case 1-hour business interview with our Sales Lead François 2x30’ fit interviews with members of our Team‍ 30-minute fit interview with our founders Fadel & Nicolas Formal offer to join the Tracklab team
