II - Missions :
- Manage and maintain processes in the CHC quality management system, this includes process authoring using predefined templates, upload to the system, and initiation of approval flow
- Creation of job aids as appropriate
- Lead process definition, collaborate with a broad network of key stakeholders and business system lead and digital specialists/product owner to ensure end-to-end process efficiency, driven by simplification, and standardization
- Identify, assess and pursue opportunities to standardize, optimize and streamline the assigned process
- Serve as the Business Process Owner, throughout the project and lifecycle of the solutions, in strong partnership with business system owner and global Digital Product Owners
- Participate in Leadership meetings, providing Insight and Operational expertise.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (medical, R&D, marketing, Finance, E&BI, Internal Control…)
- Manage the operational cross-functional governance and excellence
- Ensure audit and inspection readness
- Serve as subject matter expert
- Develop business continuity plan and support countries
- Review/ Approve/ Reject change requests for change to processes
- Collaborates with Client and system-vendor teams to ensure business objectives, resources, and project planning are aligned to achieve the Client’s business goals
- Helps engage steering committee with system-vendor Project Manager, as required
- Coordinates with the system vendor Project Manager to identify various work streams required to achieve the overall project objectives
III - Profile :
- Accountability and sense of urgency, proactive and able to find flexible solutions on the spot when challenges arise.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals, with strong exposure to Medical and Commercial activities and global process management knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent Project/Program management capabilities
- Experience in managing vendors and external business partners
- Customer focus; interpersonal savvy with respect for people
