Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a next generation chemical manufacturer searching for a Department Leader. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing sales and marketing while continuously driving the ingredient roadmap forward. This is an Onsite position in Berlin or Paris. ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Refine and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, tracking performance to identify areas for improvementKey Account Management: Manage and own large accountsMarketing & Product Positioning: Develop marketing strategies for both new and existing personal care ingredients, overseeing efforts around product messaging and brandingPartnerships: Define and implement partnership strategies to drive long term revenue growth and negotiate partnership agreementsQualifications7+ years of experience in the Personal Care industry with 3+ years in managing B2B commercial teamsPrevious start up experienceProven track record of hitting or exceeding significant annual sales targets in B2B salesStrong network within personal care brandsBased in Berlin or ParisThis role offers a competitive salary, with a great compensation package, and a strong progression pathway.Please submit your CV/resume if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
