Utilizing a unified methodology and cutting-edge technologies, we streamline performance measurement and campaign optimization.As the trusted partner of thousands of players globally, our SaaS delivers key analytics in a privacy-friendly environment, setting a new standard in advertising effectiveness.Happydemics is looking for an Executive Associate to provide direct operational support to our CEO.This role is central to ensuring meetings, board packs, and communications are well prepared, documented, and followed-up — enabling the CEO and leadership team to focus on decisions.MissionsProvide day-to-day operational support to the CEO.Ensure the preparation, consolidation, and follow-up of key information for the board and committees.Guarantee smooth and efficient internal and external communication.Act as a facilitator, conducting research and gathering insights to support decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities1. Key meeting preparation & follow-upPrepare and synthesize presentations and notes for the board and the executives meetings (Codir)Track and follow up on post-board / meetings decisions and action items.2. Operational Support to the CEOOrganize meetings, manage priorities, and support agenda planning.Anticipate needs and proactively suggest improvements to processes.3. Documentation & SynthesisDraft notes, presentations, and operational summaries.Support CEO performance tracking through metrics reports.Ensure structured and reliable information flows across teams.Support CEO performance tracking through metrics reports.4. Research & Market IntelligenceConduct research and benchmarking to provide the CEO with clear, actionable insights.Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry news relevant to our business.Summarize and present findings in a concise and usable format for decision-making.5. Coordination & Follow-upCollaborate with the COO and executive team to stay aligned on follow-ups and key action itemsMonitor action items, deadlines, and proactively ensure completion.Profile1–3 years of experience in consulting or similar analytical/operational role.Fluent English (mandatory).Highly autonomous, proactive, and action-oriented — not waiting for instructions but taking ownership.Strong organizational and synthesis skills, with excellent writing and presentation abilities.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in close support to the CEO.
