is looking for an
Executive Associate
to provide direct operational support to our CEO.
This role is central to ensuring meetings, board packs, and communications are well prepared, documented, and followed-up — enabling the CEO and leadership team to focus on decisions.
Missions
- Provide
day-to-day operational support to the CEO
. - Ensure the
preparation, consolidation, and follow-up of key information
for the board and committees. - Guarantee smooth and efficient
internal and external communication
. - Act as a
facilitator
, conducting research and gathering insights to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key meeting preparation & follow-up
- Prepare and synthesize presentations and notes for the board and the executives meetings (Codir)
- Track and follow up on post-board / meetings decisions and action items.
2. Operational Support to the CEO
- Organize meetings, manage priorities, and support agenda planning.
- Anticipate needs and proactively suggest improvements to processes.
3. Documentation & Synthesis
- Draft notes, presentations, and operational summaries.
- Support CEO performance tracking through metrics reports.
- Ensure structured and reliable information flows across teams.

4. Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct research and benchmarking to provide the CEO with clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry news relevant to our business.
- Summarize and present findings in a concise and usable format for decision-making.
5. Coordination & Follow-up
- Collaborate with the COO and executive team to stay aligned on follow-ups and key action items
- Monitor action items, deadlines, and proactively ensure completion.
Profile
- 1–3 years of experience
in consulting or similar analytical/operational role. - Fluent English
(mandatory). - Highly
autonomous, proactive, and action-oriented
— not waiting for instructions but taking ownership. - Strong organizational and synthesis skills, with excellent writing and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in close support to the CEO.
