About the company:

Our client is the world's leading Smart Wind Power Technology and Energy Storage Solution company with headquarters in Shanghai. As the Marketing Director for Europe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve stipulated marketing goals.


This role will have the opportunity to build up and lead the Marketing team for Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the European market, ensuring alignment with global marketing goals and overall business objectives.
  • Enhance brand positioning and awareness through the development of engaging marketing campaigns, content, and messaging tailored to European customers.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using these insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and oversee marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and meet marketing targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals and support lead generation and sales initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media partners to boost the company's brand reputation and visibility.
  • Build up the marketing team for Europe.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the renewable energy industry or a strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Europe.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that have driven business growth and brand awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
  • Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English. Additional European languages will be a plus
