As part of the Tata group, India's largest multinational business group - TCS has over 614,000 of the world’s best-trained consultants in 55 countries.Relevant Experience : 6 - 10 YearsMust Have Technical/Functional Skills : ServiceNow DevelopmentServiceNow IntegrationsExperience Required:Implementation of 2+ Modules in ServiceNow, such as ITSM, CSM, SPO, APOImplementation experience using Now Platform, Service Portal, Next UI Framework, Integration HubExperience in Web Services like SOAP and REST to link ServiceNow with existing tools in a networkExperience in building integration with SAP ECC 6 and S/4 Hana using Integration HUB spokes and BTPHands on experience on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow DesignerExtensive experience in Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using custom developed & Integration Hub spokesWorkflow Automation using workflow, Document Feeds, email, Scheduled Script Executions, and EventsGood knowledge of Glide API that is used with JavaScript to implement advanced features in ServiceNow.Implemented Access Control using ACL as well as Query Business Rules.Implemented complex processes in ServiceNow using workflows and flow designerGenerating and scheduling reports and creating homepages to showcase Key Performance Indicators.Expertise in client and server side scripting using components such as Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script IncludesConfiguration of alerts via e-mail and SMS services, to keep the users updatedRoles & Responsibilities:Requirement gatheringDesigning & Implementing ServiceNow applications - Service Portals, Integration Hub/Custom IntegrationsCreation of High level and Low-level designs Helping development team during implementation, testing & roll outTroubleshooting and fixing issues Workflow Automation using workflow, Document Feeds, email, Scheduled Script Executions, and EventsEvent Monitoring integration with ServiceNowServiceNow Client side and Service Side Scripting & Script Working at TCS:Attractive fixed + variable compensation Holiday BonusProfit sharingCSEJoin an international group present in 50 countriesWork on ambitious and innovative projectsParticipate in our community events: meetups followed by after-works, tech week, etc.And because we want to help you grow and improve, we offer regular training and participation in conferences.
