The Franco-Swiss team is dynamic, with diverse expertise across luxury, technology, and legal fields.MissionAs Marketing & Communication Intern at GRÂCE, you’ll work closely with Lou (Co-Founder, Sales & MarCom) to run and scale our brand communication ecosystem — from the Podcast du Luxe, our strategic media platform, to GRÂCE’s own marketing initiatives.Your role is dual and dynamic:Podcast du Luxe → manage day-to-day operations, content planning, and guest coordination, while supporting the long-term editorial and partnership strategy.GRACE Marketing & Communication → help shape our brand voice, craft impactful content, and support activation campaigns with luxury maisons and strategic partners.In short: you’ll help produce, structure, and amplify the storytelling power of GRACE — through its media (Podcast du Luxe), brand content, and luxury ecosystem activations.1 – Podcast du LuxeRanked among France’s Top 120 podcasts on Spotify, Podcast du Luxe features the most influential leaders shaping today’s luxury industry.You’ll be in charge of its operational management and marketing strategy — from planning and guest coordination to amplifying each episode in partnership with leading luxury maisons.Your Responsibilities:Manage pre-production: guest coordination, scheduling, interview preparation, and briefing.Organize shooting sessions and handle all related logistics.Oversee post-production: follow up with external audio/video editing teams, track KPIs, and manage budgets.Create content for social media such as blog articles, infographics or short-form videos (Reels/TikTok format).Develop the editorial strategy and manage content publication across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.2 – GraceYou’ll actively contribute to shaping and amplifying GRACE’s brand, working on both strategic positioning and operational execution.Your Responsibilities:Support press and communication campaigns with content creation (press kits, brand stories, visuals, interviews, etc.).Develop and execute marketing campaigns for acquisition and engagement, including paid ads, CRM actions, and launch activations with luxury maisons.Build and design brand materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and visual assets (using Figma or Canva).Contribute to the brand’s storytelling, ensuring consistency across channels and materials.Monitor performance and propose new ideas to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand equity.Occasionally support customer-facing operations and cross-functional projects with Sales or Partnerships teams.Desired ProfileFinal-year Master’s student from a Business School, Communication, Marketing, or related field.Fluent in French and English.Proficient with tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, Microsoft suiteStrong interest in the luxury industry is required.Autonomous, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset.Confident with social media content creation and staying relevant through algorithm changes.
