**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on experience working within our Marketing & Communications Department with exposure to the following key areas: Marketing & Communications, Marketing Strategy, events and Project Management.
- Managing Market Share Reporting - Interpreting and analysing raw market data in order to provide business recommendations.
- Competitor Tracking - Researching and analysing the strategies of our competitors in the market.
- Branded Event Planning - Project managing impactful brand events, both in the office and at our key customers' sites.
- Digital Presence - Defining and developing Reply's digital strategy, both on our websites and social media channels.
- Public Relations - Managing the relationship with vertical and national publications.
- Marketing Graphics - Briefing and working with our agency partners in order to create consumer facing marketing graphics.
- Product Graphics and new product launch data - Supporting brand managers in creating logistic data for new products and approving products artworks.
- Project Management - Assisting the team cross-functionally with ad-hoc project work.
- You will assist in taking care of the marketing strategy for our companies in France as well as in the Benelux region

**About you**:

- You have a Master's degree in a Business or Marketing discipline.
- We expect you to have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You show curiosity and the ability to get to the root of a problem and you are committed to expanding your current knowledge.
- You have strong communication skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the business in France and Benelux.
- You are proactive in your thinking and take responsibility and ownership for your work.
