The Group has manufacturing, assembly, and distribution sites in 8 to 9 countries and collaborates with distributors in more than 100 countries.Role Overview:Reporting to the CFO the Group FP&A Director supervises the central controlling team, standardizes financial processes, and strengthens operational performance management to optimize EBITDA and working capital. The role interacts with Group leadership and subsidiary finance teams.Responsibilities:The Group aims to optimize financial performance through cost control, process improvement, understanding business models, and prudent investment.The role holder will- Lead the budgeting process- Report and analyse financial and non-financial data- Support subsidiaries in improving profitability (P&L and working capital)- Analyse investment projects- Standardize financial processes and reporting tools- Improve margin understanding by product and geography- Manage the FP&A teamProfile:- Ability to interpret financial data- Positive influencing skills- Business-oriented cross-functional vision- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Autonomy, flexibility, agility- Structured and results-oriented- Team motivation and development skills- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset- Fluent English (C1)Experience:Master’s degree (business school / management / engineering).Extensive experience in audit/TS and financial management, with solid controlling experience in an industrial and international environment.Location:Poissy, France
