In our global organization, one of our Business Units provides a wide product portfolio organized in 9 product lines and 4 product organizations covering the complete value chain from Sales and Service, Research and Development, Product management and Marketing, manufacturing and global supply chain ( 1.100 employees worldwide in France, Europe, US and Asia).


We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support this BU.

In close collaboration with the BU management team, you will drive organizational leadership, transformational culture, competence development and customer satisfaction.


Your main responsibilities include:


  • Be part of the Business Unit’s management team, contributing the transformational strategic and tactical plan initiatives.
  • Plan and drive the people & culture plan aligned with the business strategy as well as the Global and Divisional People strategy.
  • Guide and align the people and culture plans with your local HR Business Partner team. Functionally lead and develop the local HR BPs in different parts of the organization.
  • Ensure implementation of relevant HR processes, tools, and analytics.
  • Drive initiatives with business leaders to improve performance, develop and retain talents in the organization along with succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in HR Service centers and centers of excellence – contributing to a strong one HR team set up.
  • Drive competence development by creating a learning organization fit for the future and adapting on time.
  • Elevate the organization from an inclusion, diversity and safety point of view.
  • Management leadership support & development.


You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or equivalent. You are an experienced HR manager with a strategic mindset and you are interested in strongly contributing to business success through people, culture, and organization, in an industrial and international field. You are fluent in English and French.
