Are you a strategic leader in IT infrastructure looking for an impactful role that blends technology and industrial challenges? Eramet Group, a global leader in the mining and metallurgy industry, is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure to drive technological transformation and innovation at the heart of our operations. As the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT landscape, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with the group’s digital evolution.
Your Mission:
- IT Strategy: Define and implement the IT infrastructure strategy, focusing on performance, security, and scalability. Oversee the integration of OT infrastructure management in line with Eramet’s digital transformation.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with product lines and subsidiaries to anticipate business needs, while leveraging emerging technologies (Cloud, AI) to add value.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and align global technical teams across subsidiaries, driving infrastructure project success.
- Technical Excellence: Ensure technical standards are upheld across the group and collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity team to meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy: Set the vision, objectives, and action plans for IT infrastructure, aligned with Eramet's overall strategy.
- Standardization: Develop and promote group-wide IT standards and ensure their adoption across international subsidiaries.
- Business Support: Provide expert advisory services and support for business units, ensuring IT infrastructure solutions meet their needs.
- Quality & Timelines: Ensure transparent commitments regarding the quality, cost, and timelines of infrastructure services.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop high-performing technical teams, fostering a collaborative "One Global Team" culture.
- Security & Innovation: Ensure infrastructure security and continuity, while driving innovation through technologies like AI.

- Proven leadership in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, OT)
- Strong experience in global, industrial environments
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
